Logos IndiaPVC Strip Curtains Manufacturers in Bargur offering transparent, industrial, freezer, anti-insect, anti-static and welding PVC strip curtains for warehouses, factories, cold rooms and cleanrooms.
PVC strip curtains are flexible door and partition systems manufactured using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) strips. They are widely used in factories, warehouses, cold storage rooms, food-processing units, pharmaceutical facilities, workshops, loading bays, cleanrooms and commercial establishments. Unlike solid doors, PVC strip curtains allow people, trolleys, forklifts and materials to pass through while providing a flexible barrier between two areas.
Logos IndiaPVC Strip Curtains Manufacturers in Bargur provide standard and customized strip curtains according to doorway dimensions, temperature conditions, traffic requirements, visibility needs and industrial applications. Logos India Bargur suppliers and manufacturers currently offer options including transparent, polar, freezer-grade, ribbed, anti-insect, anti-static, opaque and welding-grade PVC strip curtains.
PVC strip curtains can help control dust, insects, temperature exchange, wind and noise while maintaining convenient access between work areas. Manufacturers can supply the PVC strips along with aluminium or stainless-steel hanging systems, mounting hardware and installation services. Logos India Bargur-based suppliers specifically offer complete supply and installation solutions for warehouses, cold rooms, factories and cleanrooms.

PVC strip curtains consist of multiple flexible PVC strips suspended vertically from a mounting rail or hanging system. The strips overlap each other to create a barrier while remaining flexible enough for pedestrians, carts and vehicles to pass through.
The overlapping arrangement helps reduce the direct movement of air and environmental contaminants through an opening. Transparent PVC strips also maintain visibility between separated areas, which can be useful in factories and warehouses where forklifts and personnel frequently move through the doorway.
Applications include:
Potential applications include:
The specific electrical properties and suitability should be confirmed from the manufacturer’s technical documentation.
Warehouses: PVC strip curtains are widely used at warehouse doorways and loading areas. They allow forklifts and workers to move between areas without requiring a conventional solid door to be opened and closed repeatedly.
Cold Storage: Cold-room PVC curtains help reduce the exchange of warmer outside air with refrigerated spaces. Freezer and polar-grade PVC strips are available for lower-temperature applications.
Food Processing Units: Food-processing facilities can use suitable PVC strip curtains to create separation between production, storage and service areas while helping control dust and insects. Food-grade material should be selected where the application requires it.
Pharmaceutical Industries: PVC strip curtains can be used at selected production, storage and material-transfer areas to provide flexible separation. Cleanroom-compatible or anti-static options may be considered depending on the process.

For example, a PVC strip curtain brochure lists standard dimensions of 200 mm × 2 mm × 50 m, 300 mm × 3 mm × 50 m and 400 mm × 4 mm × 50 m, with customized measurements also available.
Bargur marketplace listings also show products in 2–4 mm thickness and 200–300 mm width, along with larger and customized sizes.
The amount of overlap between individual strips affects the effectiveness of the curtain.
Depending on the application, manufacturers may recommend different overlap arrangements such as:
A higher overlap can provide greater separation but may also increase resistance to passage. Therefore, the appropriate overlap should be selected based on pedestrian traffic, forklift movement, temperature difference and required environmental control.
Before choosing a manufacturer or supplier, consider:
Bargur has several manufacturers and suppliers serving industrial and commercial applications. For example, Vibha Systems states that it manufactures, supplies and installs PVC strip curtains and industrial curtains and offers options including food-grade, welding-grade, chiller-grade, anti-static and heavy-duty PVC.
LOGOS in Bargur identifies itself as a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of PVC strip curtains and lists products including polar PVC strip curtain rolls, PVC AC curtains and industrial PVC curtains.
A complete PVC strip curtain installation normally includes:
Some manufacturers provide complete hanging systems and calculate the required strip quantity and overlap based on the doorway dimensions.
PVC strip curtain pricing depends on several factors, including:
Current Bargur marketplace listings show indicative examples such as ₹70 per unit for some standard products, around ₹85–₹189 for various PVC strip products, and approximately ₹125–₹245 per unit for some PVC strip curtain rolls. Other products are priced by kilogram, square foot or complete roll. These figures are supplier-specific listings and should not be treated as a fixed market rate.
For a project quotation, provide the manufacturer with the door width, height, application, temperature range, strip thickness, preferred colour and required overlap.
PVC strip curtains are relatively easy to maintain.
Recommended maintenance includes:
A typical installation process includes:
Site Measurement → Application Assessment → PVC Grade Selection → Strip Calculation → Overlap Selection → Mounting Rail Installation → PVC Strip Hanging → Alignment → Inspection → Handover
The installation method can vary depending on whether the curtain is mounted to a wall, lintel, ceiling or custom support structure.
Professional installation is recommended for large industrial doorways because incorrect strip spacing or mounting can reduce the effectiveness and durability of the curtain.
Logos India PVC Strip Curtains Manufacturers in Bargur provide flexible partition and doorway solutions for industrial, commercial and temperature-controlled environments. Transparent, polar, freezer, ribbed, anti-insect, anti-static, welding and opaque PVC curtain options allow businesses to select a product according to their specific application.
PVC strip curtains can help with temperature control, dust containment, insect control, workplace separation, visibility and convenient movement while avoiding the need for a rigid door at every opening. For cold storage, food processing, pharmaceutical, warehouse and manufacturing applications, selecting the correct PVC grade, thickness, width, overlap and mounting system is particularly important.
For the best project outcome, provide the manufacturer with accurate doorway dimensions and application details before ordering. Logos Indiasupplier can recommend the appropriate PVC material, calculate the number of strips and overlap, supply the mounting hardware and provide installation support.
